I bought the Momo shoes because my 7 month old loves to stand and we were ruining so many pairs of socks because she would stand anywhere, and get her feet dirty.

The great thing is that the shoes are butter soft when you get them, there is no uncomfortable breaking-in period. They are sturdy leather soles but as flexible as fabric and so are not restricting of her feet or toes, and they do not change or affect her developing sense of balance. They are elasticized at the top which makes putting them on easy, even with a kicking baby. And they stay on even with the baby trying to pull them off.

The only thing that was an issue was the sizing. I originally bought a 6-12 month size and they were far too big. Rather than return them I just bought another pair in 0-6 size. I could not find another size guide on the site that would have given me the actual heel-toe length. The shoes seem to be sized much larger than the ages given.
