Our nursery is decorated with the CoCaLo Jacana set and this little lamp is a wonderful addition. I was a little hesitant to buy this based on the reviews but we're actually very happy with it. Not only is it super cute but the light output is good as well. It's not the brightest of lamps but it's more than adequate at lighting her nursery well enough to see for diaper changes, reading, etc. It also came with an energy efficient light bulb which was a nice surprise. It produces a warm light which I like and it doesn't get hot over time. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price. As cute & functional as it is, it's also expensive. This was definitely a splurge purchase & I waited until we had a coupon to knock about $10 off. The painting on it is very good, the amount of light is certainly enough, and it completes our theme. Overall, we're very happy with it and would recommend if you have it in your budget to purchase.

I was so excited to getting matching everything for my baby girl's nursery so I put in for this lamp on my registry and received it as a gift. Upon opening it, I discovered just how small it was in size. Also, there were nicks on the bottom of the girafe's neck that annoyed me as well because of the cost.

The lamp matches the set its designed for nicely. I will say that for the cost of this item its a bit smaller than I would have liked. I had seen it on display at the store but once it came in the mail i was still a bit surprised at the size. other than that it does come with one of those newer bulbs so the glow is nice and soft.

saw it in person today and the pink shade is rather lavenderish and the other colors are more muted than they appear online. See it in person before you buy. It would not have matched the existing pink in the nursery
