I bought one for each of my 2 children and while the oldest (7) can understand how it works, the description was not adequate when I purchased them that the 'amazing' things this wand can do takes a lot of skill on the child's part, which again is not bad, but should be pointed out in today's world of the fast use toy.

The wand is supposed to be able to rise. It is cheaply made and very difficult to achieve this feat. You are instructed to pull out the bottom plug, expose the elastic, pull it up to the middle and release it. It does not work.
