Finally, a diaper pail that truly contains the smell....and it's reasonably priced. After having the diaper dekor, using lysol, using their expensive bags and still having my daughter's room smell like a sewer, I tried this and it does exactly what it says it does. It is a great price and the replacement bags are a great price! Cannot smell a thing! I would definitely recommend this product!!

I have yet to find a diaper pail that actually keeps the stink in and this one is no better! I have tried the Diaper Champ, Diaper Dekor and had high hopes for this baking soda version, but even this one started stinking after only two smelly diapers! What's more is that my 17 month old immediately realized she could pull open the front of the diaper pail with an easy pull. The twist lock is just a facade - she just pulls it right open and starts grabbing at the bag inside. The first time I used this, the grippy claws hurt my hand. I got used to it, but you have to be sure you don't have any poop on the outside of diaper because you have to use your hand to shove it down the hole. Overall, don't waste your money!

Love this diaper pail! After having the smell over-powering in the nursery with the "other" pail we had this was amazing! No more smells even when it is getting full even though my daughter is 9 months old and eating solids. Bags are easy to change and not that expensive.

I have used diaper champ, and both styles of diaper dekors and been disappointed to say the least. With dd I would walk into my baby girl's room and smell dirty diapers-and the thing was brand new!

I love this diaper pail-it is easy to replace the bags, and they snap closed, they do not hold a ton of diapers but really, they hold enough. Just fold your diapers up teeny tiny and that will help a great deal. I like that the baking soda holder is reusable and we can refill it with bulk baking soda. The bags are not expensive. So far so good!

I really wish I knew about this pail before my old 1 that I had. I had the diaper champ and it sucked. after a month the lid that you flip over kept getting stuck. Now that I have this 1, I've had no problems and Im extremely happy with it. The odor really does disappear with the baking soda. I don't stress any more about it. My life is so much easier because of it.

This diaper pail is amazing! It definitely keeps the smell out! The baking soda really makes a difference. Even when you open the lid on the diaper pail, there isn't an odor. The only down fall is that you have to buy the bags, but I would buy anything as long as it keeps the smell out of my son's room!! And one bag holds at least 25-30 diapers, so we have to change the bags about every 4-5 days.

We have two kids in diapers (a 3 month old & two year old) so I was thrilled to find that this pail both holds quite a load of diapers and really helps to keep the smell down. The baking soda concept is what sold me because the pail is in our master bedroom where the baby currently sleeps & is changed (I actually think my hubby was the happiest about this feature!). It has helped having two in diapers go a bit smoother (and less smelly). Also important to me was that the cost of the refill bags was very reasonable. I've already recommended this pail to several other new moms and will continue to do so. Any product that makes diaper changing easier is a lifesaver!

Had a used diaper champ that we had gotten from a relative it didnt really do anything for the smell. Decided to buy a diaper genie. When we were at babiesrus saw this and thought the baking soda idea was smart plus the refills are a better value. Have had it for a month havent had any problems or a smelly nursery.
