So soothing and relaxing to help lull baby to sleep. Use full size for crib and portable for stroller/carseat. 4 different soothing nature sounds. I use this every night as part of my son's bedtime routine along with the Twilight turtle.

I absolutely LOVE the Sleep Sheep! My newborn son calms every time he hears and sees it, but does not always need it. I thought he might become attached to it and always need it to sleep, but nope....when it shuts off by itself at 23mins or 45mins, he still sleeps. We always have it on at nap times (7-8 x/day) and the batteries have not died yet, we've been using for about a week now.

I got this for my shower and was excited to use it. When my son was 1 1/2 mths old he had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks. He was in the NICU and I brought his sheep and hung it on his crib, that was the only thing take made noise in his room besides the medical machines and it really seemed to sooth him. Now it hangs on his crib at home. It's very cute and soft and he can even play with it.

I love the different sounds, helps my boys sleep. It seems like they cant sleep with silence so this helps.

Love the sleep sheep. Has timer 23/45 min, but you can put it into manual mode by setting the timer switch to the middle (have not had to use this feature yet and have had for 6.5 months). Just now replacing batteries and we take it everywhere. Very soft, my daughter loves it!

I have had this since my son was born and he is now 15 months old. It works great and the sounds are pretty decent quality. The only drawback is that there is not a continuous play option, when you turn it on there is only the switch to select 23 or 45 minutes and otherwise you have to keep pushing the sound button to turn it back on. My son loved the womb and ocean waves as a newborn and now can sleep soundly with the rain which is similar to "white noise" Cute and portable, but if you're needing something to to provide background noise all night or for longer naps during the day, this isn't it.

I really like the Sleep Sheep at first, but after using it for 3 months, I've realized there are a few thing I don't like about it. It has four sound settings: Heartbeat, Rain, Waves, and Whales. I only use the rain and waves. The heartbeat sound very slow, robotic, and unnatural, and the whale noises are kind of creepy. I wish the volume would go up louder, and it would be nice if the timer had longer settings. My 3 month old daughter wakes up when it turns off at 45 minutes, and then we have to start all over trying to get her back to sleep. I try to remember to sneak in her room to push the button again to reset the 45 minutes after a half hour or so, but sometimes I forget. My sister-in-law has a muchkin sound machine that projects pictures on the ceiling. I'm headed out to buy one of those instead!!!
