Purchased for Christmas. Fully charged the scooter and turned the kids loose. Scooter went about 5 mph - well under the 15 mph. Thank heavens I purchased the buyer protection plan after reading previous reviews as I purchased in November and you only have so many days to return. Thinking I will do the pocket rocket this time.

got this as a Christmas present but it does not work. called Toys R us and they said I could return it to a store but only get a store credit instead of a refund. i would like another one...one that works, however, they did not have any in a 60 mile radius from my home and they were sold out online. i told them to send me a shipping label and i will send them the scooter back so i could get a refund instead of a store credit. i'm still waiting on that email for the shipping label. so less than two weeks after i purchase this, i have to purchase another one from another store. Hopefully i will have it before christmas and toys r us will send my shipping label. No too happy with them right now.

The scooter was easy to set up. itwill go uphill without losing a lot of speed. We bought it for our grand son but his mother rides it too. It is nice for family fun.

This is great and the best scooter out of the razor collection. I live in a small city so i can get around easy with this. there is alot of bumps in the roads near my house, but i dont feel them riding this the battery charge isnt that bad i charge it when i sleep, It has long battery life I have had mine for two years.

My grandson really loved this. It's heavier and a bit bigger than the other E models so it was more what my grandson needed. I had to have it shipped because there was no E300 locally...so for ease, I paid to shipped it to my home (which was pretty expensive). Very heavy package so I am glad it came to my house. The box was really beat up by UPS but the scooter seemed intact and no complaints from my grandson so far.

i got this scooter for my graduation present, i really like it. its fun to ride and pretty fast. the first time u charge it , u have to charge it for 12 hours ,after the first charge ,the second charge u charge it until the green light goes on which take up to 5-6 hours . my highest speed on it was 18, it has a running time of 45 minutes. i reccomend this product to anyone who is looking at getting one.

Pros
It has a very solid steel frame.
Rear tire is pneumatic which is an upgrade over the e100 model which has a solid rubber rear tire. With both front and rear tires pneumatic it gives you a very smooth ride.
It has chain drive with an auto tensioner.
It has good power and good range.
The handlebars are high enough for a 6 foot adult.

Cons
Inflating the rear tire can be somewhat of an adventure since the chain sprocket on the tire is large enough to block access to the tire valve. To get around this the engineers have made an access hole in both the sprocket and chain guard and also included a valve extension that is stored inside the right hand grip. Unfortunately due to poor quality control during assembly the access hole in the sprocket and the tire valve do not line up, they are off exactly 90 degrees so the access hold is useless.

Throttle control is not variable speed, it's just an on and off switch made of plastic.

The deck is made of plastic.

The ratio of charge time vs. run time is not very good, 1 hour of run time needs an 8 to 12 hour charge.
