The little g diaper pants are a machine washable, soft cotton outer pant made of breathable material, just like sports clothing. Each pair of little g diaper pants comes with one snap-in liner made of highly breathable, waterproof material. The snap-in liner means less washing, and faster and easier changes. Because gDiapers pants are breathable, your baby is far less likely to get diaper rash. Use our 'little g' pants with gDiapers plastic-free flushable refills (sold separately) or cloth pre-folds. Getting started with gDiapers? We recommend having six pair of 'little g' pants on hand for full time gDiapers use. This product is: 92% cotton, 8% spandex, no elemental chlorine, no perfumes, no latex and no guilt. Small: 8-14 lbs. Medium: 13-28 lbs. Large: 26-36 lbs.

We are using these for our newborn and we use them with Indian prefolds instead of the gdiaper inserts. They are a bit bulky on her as she is only 8 lbs at the moment, but they still work like a charm. The prefold soaks everything up and the gdiaper keeps everything in. I am very impressed. They actually are the trimmest fit we've found for her at this age without going to strictly newborn covers. Easy to wash and no leakage issues whatsoever...even at night. We are going to be trying the cloth inserts this weekend to see if we like them better than the prefolds. But we would definitely recommend these so far!
