My daughter is only 7 months old, but I sit down with her with this at least a few times a week. She loves books already, so this is perfect for her. She likes knocking the nesting boxes with the "Self" section around. There is plenty in the box to do, so if you keep everything in rotation, your child won't get bored.

These items are cute and fun, but I can teach my son all of this without them. I bought this for my son when he was 6 months, he's now 14 months and still isn't super into it. I also don't like that the finger puppets don't fit well and don't stay in the holder. Maybe it's better for older kids?

I've been using flash cards with my ten month since he was born so he was used to seeing the flash cards. I though this would be a convenient item to use and so far it has worked. If you treat this item as a special "toy" with no other distractions and if your baby has the attention span then YES this product can work for you. The items are not top quality nor are they fancy by any means BUT they do the trick on helping your baby learn. Would I recommend? I am still on the fence on that.

I received Teach My Baby as a baby shower gift! I am absolutely delighted because the kit has everything! Finger puppets, books, nesting blocks with mirrors, touch & feel cards, 2 types of puzzles and more! I am relieved that I don't have to go and buy anything!

This was not worth the money. I had high hopes for this product, but all it ended up being was terrible flash cards and books. Not well thought out at all.

Purchased this set as well as teach my toddler. Each was worth every penny. My child is not 2 yet and she knows her colors, shapes, can count to 20 in english and 10 in spanish. She knows her upper and lower case letters as well. She called the kit "school" and she wanted to play school multiple times a day. It was never somthing that was forced on her, she just enjoyed the kit that much. I even had to hide it because I was the one who had enough! Just a wonderful overall product that I will be purchasing for my friends as they have children.

nice kit my baby is a touch young (4 1/2) months but I still set aside time every day. the parent instructions are helpful. For some reason my kit had a duplicate flashcard set but a replacement is being sent. The finger puppets are hard to keep on but so far so good

The kit is great but I am very disappointed that the card and book label a goose as a duck...I know this seems trivial but I find it aggravating that something that cost this much would have such an error. I would consider this as large an oversight as if the numbers were out of order. I am considering returning the kit.

I was so excited to order this and I have not been disappointed yet. There are a lot of different items in this package, but they are all related (somewhat) so it makes it a great teaching/learning experience.
I would recommend following the instructions that say to keep this seperate from other toys, and dedicate a certain time of the day to just this product.
We have had this for 3 weeks and my 12-month old can now say "dog" and make the 'woof woof' sound, she 'bahhhs' like the sheep, and she can point out noses on command. I am really impressed with Teach My Baby! I am excited to get the next one, too (Teach My Toddler).

I got this when my son was 2 m old. I am a preschool teacher and knew I wanted to start early with educating my son. I stand up for early education because I know it works. This kit has everything you need in one with out having to go all over the place to look for each thing. the price is great teaching tools are sooo $$$ I think this is well priced and organized its eay for a parent who is not trained in education to use. my son sits in his bouncy seat and watches the flash cards and books, he laughes as I rub his hands on the touch and feel flash cards its a great way to spend time together and teach him to sit and watch and listen. i will also use this in my classroom for my 2-4 yr olds. this is a teachers tool its not ment to leave out for the children to use alone or the parts could be broken.
