Got this as a gift and now i'm going back to get a smaller size, this works amazing. My friends and hubby can't believe how great I look. I've used a medium for 2 weeks (the Bamboo) and now am trying the BFF in small, hopefully it works as good or better! Definitely a fan!

It helps reduce tummy it works great tried it my self but I wouldn't recommend payin the price for it considering the fact that eventually u shrink so u run out of Velcro and in that case u would have to buy 3 different size a total of almost $200. If ur looking to save money but get same results go to [@] and buy the golds gym slimming waist wrap for exercising works jus as great if not even better considering it only $5 bucks. Great thing about is it has endless Velcro so as u shrinks it will b accommodating. Totally recommend it!!!!! And it's totally 100 times more comfortable than belly band it plus it hides great under clothes. The belly band it u can actually c through tight clothing.

I ORDERED SIZE "M" THINKING IT WOULD FIT. I WAS A SIZE 7 BEFORE PREGNANCY AND I WEIGHT NOW AT 8MTHS 150 LBS. THE "M" WAS WAY TOOOO BIG, SO I RETURNED IT AND ORDERED A SIZE "S". PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY, HOPFULLY MY SIZE/MEASUREMENTS HELP YOU ORDER. I HAD TO GET A "S"

This is the best thing ever. My stomach is almost flat only after 2 weeks of wearing it. It takes a few days to get use to it but you can wear it under clothes and do daily chores with it on easily. I would recommend the belly bandit again and again!!

This is very hard to put on yourself and after the first use it already started to bunch up and I can no longer where it under my clothes cuz you can see it. It also rides up even with it pulled super tight. I guess I will where it when I'm home. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY. the one from the hospital is the best but It's too big on me now so that's why I had to get this one.

thought this thing was supposed to help compress my stomach back into shape, but was wrong. it's hard to wrap this thing tightly around my belly. size small was too small and size medium was too big. also putting it on is a bit of a hassle since i have an hourglass body, it's hard to position the velcro properly
