    My daughter received this doll as a gift for her 3rd birthday 6 months ago. I was surprised by the quality of the doll. Cute, well-made body and facial features. Hair is surprisingly soft and silky, more so than Barbie, and has actually stayed fairly neat vs. the tangled messes that some other dolls' hair quickly becomes. The dress is faintly shimmery and is made of quality fabric. The dress was actually my favorite part... I wish they made it in my size! The wings are plastic and stick to the back of the dress via velcro but they stay on well enough. The wings do have shimmer to them and are more durable than the fabric wings on a different Tinkerbell doll that my daughter has, which fell apart quickly. I would definitely buy this product myself... in fact, I am currently shopping for more versions of the Disney fairies doll for Christmas.

      I'm a doll collector and customizer I bought this doll since I love Disney.
      From the packaging it looks pretty typical. When you open it you find its much better made then typical dolls like barbie. The face mold is cute with pointed ears. Full head of quality hair very fun to style (has little dark dark blue streaks in it), and there is actually a upper torso joint so she can lean to make good flying poses. Plus little removable shoes. Her feet seemed to fit barbie size shoes interchangeably. Clothes were cute although a bit cheaply made, and wings I took off immediately since cheap thin plastic. This doll is perfect for kids to play with seemed much more durable. Great for collectors and for those that want a great canvas for customizing, or sewing doll clothes for. If getting for a child and need more clothes, the moxie doll and bfc doll clothes packs fit this doll well.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
