Stable bases can be filled with water or sand (not included). Edges are rounded for safety and sets are available in multiple configurations, each sold separately.     Comments about Italtrike 1009821 Italtrike Traffic Light and Stop Sign:

    This is a waste of money. The stoplight has to be turned manually and it's not easy to turn. The light will change when the notches fit together when turned but a small child is unable to get the plastic lip out of the notch and then turn it as well.
