We bought this and another mattress at two diff times due to a move, for our infant twins. The one sleeping on the other mattress recently started moving in her crib at night, ending up perpendicular and hitting her head on the crib bars (and waking up and crying). I was googling and asking the dr what to do. On a whim I switched cribs (and therefore mattresses) with her sister and that same night, her sister started moving in the crib (tho fortunately not hitting her head) and she (the original mover) stopped. Seemingly at least not a coincidence! I give credit to the higher quality and better support and plan on replacing the second mattress with one of these. Wanted to put this info out there for other parents worried about babies hitting their heads just in case it is actually attributable to the mattress (can't say for sure that it is - might be the crib, tho I think sizes are standard?) and changing to a different one helps your baby, too.

We loved the mattress because it got good ratings on many sites. It was not the firmest nor the softest and had a water protection cover.

Please note that this mattress is too small for the Da Vinci Kalani crib. It is about an inch and half small in length. When you buy/register for a mattress for the Da Vinci Kalani crib make sure the mattress is at least 27 1/4 inches by 51 5/8 inches with a thickness not exceeding 6 inches. I think this crib would be helpful for other cribs, but it didn't fit ours.

Mattress is really firm and the sheets from my sons old crib/toddler mattress fits great however there is about a 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch gap on one side with the Delta Jenny Lind White Crib (old fashioned looking kind.) I did check the stores and some of the display models with differrent cribs/mattresses seem to have the same gap. So depending on your crib/mattress combo they may not be a snug as you like. And before any of you start saying to return something .. I could return the crib which I love but I can't return the mattress as it is an internet purchase and my older two children destroyed the original packaging material. Our solution is a breathable bumper pad and maybe even some of the bumper rails, (time will tell) to fill the gap and make it a tight fit.

We purchased this for our first baby we are expecting. We have not used it yet, however the coil count on this is excellent and overall the mattress feels exceptionally sturdy and firm. It feels like a mattress that will last a good while. All the sheets we have purchased fit this well and the mattress also fits in our Babyletto New Haven crib snugly.

We bought a Graco Ashleigh 4 in 1 crib and this mattress fits very well. It seems to be of sturdy construction, firm and the outer most material very easy to wipe down for cleaning. Looking forward to using it for our little man.
