Handles on different sizes

I bought the brown and green crates, but the handles were on opposite sides on each. It's impossible to mix and match colors because the green's handle is on the narrow side while the brown's is on the wide side. This makes NO sense, since otherwise, the dimensions are exactly the same, and the package inaccurately states that. If you're buying the same color, make sure you know which side you want facing forward.

I love these boxes. I have two on one of the shelves of my changing table. I printed out labels and used the label on the side. I have a new baby, so it is only me who is handling them and therefore I cannot speak for those mom's who say they are of poor quality because the wear and tear is a different situation than mine. I can say that they look great in the nursery and stand out beautifully against my oak changing table. I use one for baby products like lotions, shampoo, powder, q-tips, etc. and I use the other one for rattles and other small toys to entertain him while changing him. I love how the white label stands out in front, but I can see how people would prefer to have the handles facing outward. I don't find them to be of poor quality, and I recommend these to new moms who want their nursery's to stay organized and don't have older children who will tear these a lot sooner. However, by the time my baby is running around and accessing these crates, I will have gotten more for my money by then.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this in July and 2 months later the seams are falling apart on 5 of the 12 I purchased. I use them for toys with an [...] storage system. My children are careful with the bins, they get a toy out of it and the bin goes right back on the shelf. They have not played in the bins, nor have thrown them around, nor step on them. A couple of the bins are holding stuffed animals, nothing heavy. The idea is great, seems sturdy but the seams are weak.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought two of these for the bottom shelf of the changing table. I am storing blankets in one and crib/bassinet/changing table sheets in the other. Originally, one had towels and cloths, but I moved them to a container closer to the bathroom. They fit perfectly on the table and are very roomy (we were give LOTS of blankets).

This bin would've been perfect for me if the handles were located on the sides. I even called customer service before ordering to verify the dimensions. When I received the product, it was not what I was wanting. Even customer service did not know how to translate the dimensions. The correct dimensions on the handle side (face) are: 15.5" W x11.5" H. The side is 13" long. It is a great quality product!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
