I am very happy with this product! It is soft and comfortable, glides smoothly with minimal noise and the locking systems are very useful. The great thing is you can also recline the back and lock the back into place as well so you can find the most comfortable position for you. The back and the gliding system have different locking handles on either side of the glider and work independently of each other which is a great way to customize the glider's function to your needs. I am constantly using it. The chair portion is roomy enough for nursing in comfort with or without a feeding cushion and without feeling crammed or like your baby is going to fall off the sides if you dose off for a second. The only reason I rate it a 4star and not a 5star is because there are MANY little pieces in the box when it first arrives so building it can take some time. Save yourself the headache of trying to do it yourself if you are not savvy with mounting complex furniture (you WILL get frustrated) and get a friend who is good at doing that kind of stuff to build it for you. Either way though, you won't regret the purchase.

We've only had this chair for a couple of weeks, but overall we're very happy with it. We tried ordering it through the store, but it was showing as unavailable, so the store associate ordered it through the website for us. Arrived very quickly and in good condition. It was easy to assemble and we think it's pretty comfortable. Only downside is that we wish it would recline a bit more.

This is the most comfortable glider I have ever sat in! Husband and his Father put it together in about an hour. Super sturdy feeling and no complaints what so ever!

Husband did say that assembly MUST take 2 people, or else you will have lots of trouble setting up. It didn't seem like they had too much trouble with it though!

I bought this chair for my son and his wife for their nursery. They love it. It is comfy, looks stylish and was easy to put together. I would definitely recommend this chair!

This was a gift from my parents and I'm very happy with it so far. My husband and I really took our time putting it together and it took about an hour. Assembly isn't ultra easy, but it's also not difficult as long as you study the instructions (pictures only) and use your common sense. The glider feels very sturdy too. If it feels rickety, you probably need to tighten the bolts more.

It makes a faint noise when I rock, but I expect this will go away as we use it more and it gets broken in. If not, I'll try some WD-40 on the gliding mechanism.

The wood and cushions were all in perfect condition and appear to be durable, although time will tell. My only real complaint is that BRU only stocks the bland beige color. I plan to recover the cushions in some bright, patterned fabric at some point, but it also would have been nice to be able to order a color other than beige and not have to wait 10-12 weeks for delivery.

Overall, I'm very happy with this glider.

I have had this product for about a year now. We used it a lot in the beginning. We would sometimes have to sleep with my son in the recliner when he was 3-4 months old and I used the chair to nurse him. Having the ottoman defintely helps keep you supported and comfortable. The chair is comfortable- even my husband who is a tall guy felt that it was comfortable for him. The downside to this chair is it doesn't seems to feel as secure as it did when we first put it together. People had mentioned that there is a squeaking sound (which I don't really care about) but I think that what is leading to it feeling rickety. Maybe we need to tighten a few things, but I really feel like this should last longer than a year. I'm hoping that it will be okay by the time we have our second child b/c I don't feel like paying for another chair.

Very comfortable, much nicer to be sitting in than a rocking chair when your trying to get the baby to sleep at 2 in the morning!!!

I could not ask for a better rocking chair. my mother in law bought us this glider and its absolutely perfect. It is hard to assemble UNLESS you read the directions THOROUGHLY. You cant just read a few steps or anything you have to read and look at the pictures. it only took us about 30 min to get it all put together. Its very durable and VERY comfortable! its so cushioned. Its very spacious and has a pocked on the outside which is nice. it reclines really far so you can sleep in it if you have a sick baby or something like that. AWESOME purchase from my mother in law, we love it! :)

Chair is extremely dangerous. Stopped gliding right after about two months. Sways from side to side when you sit in it. My father in law was sitting in it and he reached down to pick something up and the entire chair fell over side ways. The chair missed falling on my son by about an inch.

directions were difficult but manageable once you got the swing of all their pictures.

But, can't get my recline feature to work... Is it really stiff or just not operational?
