The Dream On Me, 2-in-1 Lightweight Portable Folding Crib in Espresso, features unique hinges that allow the crib to fold flat for compact storage or travel and stationary (non drop side) rail design which provides the utmost in product safety. Made of solid Pine and having a beautiful Non-toxic finish, this portable crib has safety hooded, locking wheels and can be converted from crib to playpen with one hand; item becomes a playpen by lifting up the mattress support and placing it on the top level - top level is supported by brackets that are attached to the fame of the crib. Weighing only 32 lbs, this crib is easy to maneuver and handle. A 1 inch Mattress pad and all tools for easy assembly included. Product Dimensions: 40 inches in length x 26 inches in width.

      My 3 month old was growing out of his bassinet and we don't have room for his crib in our bedroom. This is a great alternative. In fact, I wish I would have skipped the bassinet and just used this portable crib. The "mattress" that came with it was very noisy when my baby moved on it. I added another portable crib mattress on top of it and covered it with a sheet. That seemed to take away the noise.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      We used this crib in our master bedroom with both our children instead of a bassinet. Once they were able to pull up we moved them into their big cribs,but this worked great until then. I agree that the mattress seems a bit flimsy, but I looked around and it seems to be the standard. It is easy to assemble and folds up nicely for storage. I would purchase this again.

          We chose to use this crib instead of a bassinet or cradle. Love it because we can see the baby, it is lightweight, easy to move, and we'll be able to use it for trips to Grandma's later. A great value!
