I like the size of this....can be inside or outside but the colors are dull and the slides are not slick. Better used for just climbing on.

I bought this for my 21 month old twin daughters as their Christmas present. My fiancee and I stayed up all night Christmas eve putting it together. The directions.... well....they are lousy. I mean really....how about some words in sentence form as instructions. Pictures. That was all there was to go by. If you can't read, you shouldn't buy something that needs you to read directions. We are not uneducated nor do we lack common sense.....but it did take some guess work to get it together. This item is sitting in my livingroom....it takes up quite a bit of space...but not as much as I imagined. The box it came in was 5 ft by 4 ft by 2 ft. The height of it put together is about 5 ft, The length from one end of a slide to the other is about 9 ft. and the width is between 5 and 6 ft. So it isn't small but let me tell you when they came out Christmas morning they both said, "WOW" and that was that. They played on it all day. at first they were a little leery of the slides but by the end of the day they were going down face first. I have a bean bag chair at the end of each slide and I also got the foam flooring all around it too. (Although, they found out that it isn't stuck to the floor and have pulled up a lot of it!) The whole thing isn't very heavy, so they can push it around (If they wanted to.... I say that because they haven't done it yet, but they can push my coffee table around and that IS heavy.) The blue slide is the bigger slide and that is the one they use the most. That is about 3 ft off the ground and about 4 ft long. The green slide is about 2 ft off the ground and about 3 ft long. Toys R Us had the best price on this out of everyone and I did my research. The store that I got it at has awesome employees that went above and beyond to get me this for my girls. Thank You Marcos! We were starting a nursery during Sunday School at church for children up to five years old. We bought this because of the two slides which mean shorter lines to use it and because of the two different heights of the slides. We currently have around 10 regular kids every Sunday but because of this slide the kids have started to ask their parents to bring them to the nursery. Even big brother and sister try it when they come to pick up the little ones. It looks great, it has the feeling of a playhouse, the tunnel under the slides and the "rock climbing".

It comes in a big-big box. Take this in consideration when picking it up at the store.

I was lucky enough to recently find this product used on [@]. I paid [$]. for it & it is in mint condition. My 16 month old daughter loves to climb so this works really well for her. She can climb it & go down both slides without my help. That being said, I don't really see her using this to the age of 6 as indicated - more like 4. So I'm really glad I didn't pay full price for it. I gave it a 4 not a 5 simply because the listed price of [$] is way overpriced for this product considering most kids probably won't use it past age 4 or 5. I will tell you that it fell off the back of my dad's truck going down the highway because we didn't have it secured properly and other then a few scratches, there was no damage at all. That shows how durable the Step 2 products are.

The product was fairly easy to put together but definitely took two people to secure the bolts from above and below. Overall it's been an excellent purchase. Bought for my 15 month old, my 5 and 8 year old both enjoy playing with their younger sibling on this. Really glad we got this!

This playset is great for my 2 yr old granddaughter. She can climb and slide on it without my help, which she loves because she's very independent. It was real easy to put together but wish the directions were a bit more detailed. I would love to see a roof on it, for the cost this should definitely be included. Overall...great playset for toddlers and preschool.

we bought this for our 3 yr old twins and 1yr old sons and its the the best thing we ever got them.They go crazy on it. They are used climbing on the freezer specially our 1yr old but now he just gets on the top and climbs all the way to the top.
