I love this bag. My favorite feature is that I can hang it on the back of our stroller. I also love the front pouch where I put my phone, wallet, and other personal stuff (not baby related). I don't even carry a purse when I am with baby. I use the side pockets for lotion and other longer items--It doesn't fit most 5 ounce bottles since they are wider. I am breastfeeding so this is not a problem for me. There are several small pockets inside where I put small toys, travel baby care products, etc... I don't use the changing pad because I got a travel diaper changing kit which I place in the back open pocket. That would be my only suggestion-exchange the changing pad for a complete diapering kit that can fit in the bag. The zipper is fine and I haven't had anything tear. This must have been a problem that was fixed because I use this daily and shove it full of stuff. It's very comfortable to hold even when it is heavy.

So far I've had this bag for about 3 mths and I love it. I use it everyday and I am always on the go. I also have a Coach diaper bag which is bigger but it doesn't seem to do the job like this one so I don't use it. I just love this bag.

This bag is large and has lots of pockets. The zipper on the side broke within the first two months of use. I spoke with a couple of staff members of Babies R Us...and they have had many returned. I returned the bag and am going to try a Carter's bag. If it wasn't for the zipper, I would have kept it.

Product began to fall apart when my son was approximately 8 months old. (Keep in mind, I hardly used it the first 3 months of his life.)

The bag appears spacious, but it is tall and not wide. After jamming everything in there, I can hardly ever zipper it and when i need something, I have to dig through the entire bag, making a mess!

The "separate pockets" are a joke. You can only slide thin items in the smaller pocket and not for nothing, but I don't feel like having to go through 3 separate pockets just to change a diaper.

I love the way this bag looks, and it fits perfectly on my stroller handle. That's about all. The zipper jammed up the second day of use. I returned it and the store switched it out for a different bag. That bag only lasted a few more months before the bag began coming apart at the seams in several spots.
Really wanted to love it!

I got to touch and feel this bag at BRU before I had my first child and thought it would do the trick. Unfortunately soon after getting it, I opted to change to a different bag that suited my needs more.

I love the changing pad and store that on its own in my stroller. The quality is good I just wanted something different with more compartments, larger, and more visually appealing for day-to-day life.

My Suggestion to first-time moms: If you are unsure what diaper bag to get, go for something either used or super inexpensive until you figure out what you prefer before spending the money.

My husband bought this bag because it was one he was comfortable carrying around but I hate it! Unfortunately, we couldn't return it because we used it but this is a terrible bag. I wanted a new bag with baby #2 because my original bags were too "baby-looking." This is nice enough to look at, but totally useless. It's a big bag, but seems to have no room for anything. I struggled to fit a cooler bag for bottles, extra clothes and diapers. Let alone a toy or two. The large pockets are awkward; there is not a good place to put your stuff and it all doesn't fit neatly in. The outside pockets are also useless; not big enough for a bottle of water or sippy cup. The changing pad was annoying to use. Too much folding and snapping. It's OK if you are just taking that somewhere, but it's so large to go into the bag. The front flap where you can keep items as if it's a wallet... who uses that? It's just not user friendly. As a mom of 2, I know what works and what doesn't and I would look elsewhere for another bag.

If its looks you're going for then that's fine because that's all you're going to get. I spent [$] on this diaper bag and it only lasted 6 months (barely). A couple of days after I bought the bag the main zipper started giving me problems. Well I really liked the bag so I thought if I was extra careful then it would be ok. NOT! It's been 6 months and out of nowhere the front zipper broke. I would have been better off buying a $10 ugly diaper bag. The only thing good is the multiple pockets besides the ones on the side. You can't fit a bottle in there what was JJ thinking. If I was you I wouldn't even sell this collection in my store because it really gives you a bad reputation. I really feel like crying, I was deceived to believe that if I paid that much than I would get a good diaper bag. I take good care of my things for example I've had my car for 12 years and every time I get it serviced they tell me how well it has been kept.

The changing pad case is the only thing I still use from this diaper bag.

I loved this diaper bag design but the quaility in manufacturing is just not there. I read the reviews and thought well it's worth a shot. It wasn't and now I'm in search of a new diaper bag.

The zipper broke after 2 months of use. I was bummed but put a key chain on it to make it work.
Then a week later the lining started pulling away from the zipper. Keep in mind this bag was not over filled, it was a manufacturing flaw.

Never able to use the bag. I am returning it to Babies R Us today. I unzipped it this morning to pack for the hospital...I am due next week. When I tried to zip it back up, the zipper jumped the track. I am soooo upset because I love the look of the bag. Now I have one week to find another. I read reviews this morning and faulty zipper is extremely common with this bag. I did not get one day use out of it!
