We purchased this two days ago. When they brought the box out to us it had obviously been opened and taped back together. We asked the salesperson if it had been returned and she said that they stack the boxes so sometimes they have to retape them. She went on to say that she had personally taped this box back and it seemed fine, but if anything was missing we could just bring it back. I told her I live in Mustang so that would be fairly inconvenient (especially with gas being $4.00 a gallon). They pretty much refused to give us another box. We got it home and cut open the tape to find that written on the flap of the box were the words 'MISSING SEAT BELT AND MANUAL". Written in plain sight right where she 'personally taped up this box'. She knew that we would be having to drive the 45 min there and back again to return this. We called the 1800 number and they told us we would hear from corporate, and geuss what... NO CALL! TOYS R US HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Better make sure your product is in good condition with all the pieces BEFORE you leave the store!!

Slide way too short. My sons butt hit the floor before he could even get started. The swing doesn't even swing. You have to push it forward And backward for it to move. By the time a child is physically ready to play on this item it's already too big.

It was pretty easdy to assemble so I liked that. the landing area at the top of the stairs is very small though so I can't let my 1 1/2 year old be there by herself in fear she will fall.
the swing doesn't go very high so my daughter gets bored pretty quickly.
Also, the steering wheel doesn't turn easily. I dont know if it's just out swing set but honestly it's hard for me to turn it.
I wish there was more for the kids to do especially for the price.

What a dissapointment. Looked great in the picture, we got it for our 13 month old girl. The swing was way too small (there is no way a child older than 1 year old could fit there comfortably). The straps on the swing are also too short. The slide is OK, but just not worth the price. You can get a larger (and better) slide for less money. Luckily, I was able to quickly put it apart and promptly returned it to the store, got my hard earned money back.

My one year old Grandson loves it. Great for a very small backyard. My son-in-law put it together in about an hour. Adorable.

I bought this for my 20 month old daughter and she's too tall for the swing! Her legs literally drag. I am so disappointed and frustrated. The slide is really short as well. It would've been great if they could boost the height of this climber just a tad to make the swing, swing and slide a little taller! This is best for a 10 month to 18 month old. It's just too small for an almost 2 year old for sure!

I was excited to buy this item for my 1 1/2 year old daughter. What a waste of money. The ages that they recommend for this is ridiculous. This is most appropiate for a little one year old. If, that. The only this she used it for was to push her doll in. The slide was so short that it was pointless. Makes me mad since it was so much money,

As many of the reviews say, the harness on the swing is way too short. I could just barely strap my 16 month old daughter in it, and I don't think I could have gotten my son (who is slightly bigger) in it at all. The good news is, I called Step 2 and they sent me a replacement swing with a longer harness at no cost to me. It arrived within 5 days of my phone call. My kids are still afraid of the slide right now, but I'm sure they'll grow to love it.

We got this for my son as a gift for his first birthday. He loves it. He's 17 months now. He loves the little slide, climbing under the slide/ladder, the swing, and swinging the empty swing, too. The only downside is that it doesn't swing very high, so the swing can get boring...I did get this from a consignment store for about $70. I'm not sure how I'd feel if I paid full price.
