I bought these nipples because they fit into my Lansinoh bottles. The Dr Brown nipples are slightly bigger at the base so these fit better. But the flow is very fast for a 6 month old. If I turn the bottle upside down the liquid flows out in a stream so these are probably not good for traveling as they would leak if not completely upright at all times . If I turn the bottle upside down using the 6 month nipple by Dr Brown it would drip out not stream out.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I love these nipples,they dont cave in like alot of other ones ive used with the even flow bottles,but unfortunately i can never find them in the store,which is why ii gave them four stars and not five, i used the dr.brown nipples with the even flow bottles but they kept caving in for some reason no matter which flow i used,overall great product and for the price it cant be beat!

Opening is pretty big, and flow is definitely fast. Great for older/bigger babies who need more milk faster, and great for if you like to add cereal to the bottle - the opening is nice and wide for the thicker, cereal-milk mixture.

These nipples are very confortable to use and are made of strong silicone; Not even boiling will not make them change colors. I've been using the same ones for 3 months and are as good as new. In the beginning they are hard for the baby to stuck, but they get used to them and learn to suck harder and get all the milk they need. Makes little mess and good with keeping gases to minimal.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
