first it didnt blow up enough to support my 10 month old and second the sun shade doesnt stay up because the straps are too long! not worth the money its the same price as better quality floats

Put my 20 month old niece in it and it didn't hold her up...very unstable. The canopy straps are too long and won't hold the canopy up, so don't expect any protection from the sun with this one. I'll be returning it.

In the lake its the greatest.. our lake has a sandy walk in so as soon as he gets about high thigh I put him in and it helps him balance as he walks deeper in the lake then floats him safe when he gets to far in.. I also like the mesh part when floating allows water ring around him for splashing.. the shade I thought wasn't gonna do anything however it works it stays up by little strips of material that velcro against the pull of the shade to hold it up... I love it

if i could rate a zero i would, first i have a 6mos old and he is 20 lbs you cannot use because you have to hold him the whole time there is zero support also the shade falls back the velcro is positioned too low so there is no shade its almost as if noone tested the product before putting on the shelf horrible product i am returning

My son is 10 months old and a little on the small side, the seat on this float is very deep, sowhen he sat in it he sunk almost all the way to his chin. In addition, the tabs to hold the canopy up are too long, I had to knot them three times before the canopy would stay up.

If my son were larger or when he's older I'm sure he'd like it because he likes to splash and this would give him a shallow area to splash. As it is, it was just too big. Would be great for larger babies or toddlers.

I totally agree with the other reviews...the sunshade does NOT stay up and my daughter kept getting water splashed in her face! I would not recommend this float!

I took my 10 month old daughter to a pool that has NO SHADE and this worked perfectly. It shaded her enough without blocking her entire view of the pool. She loved sitting in the floating part and feeling like she was 'swimming' on her own. The shade is super easy to attach and to switch directions. It folds up nicely, and was really quick and easy to blow up. Great buy!

The sunshade does not cover the baby. My daughter hated this float ring. Buy one with a better shade.
