    Solid metal car just like the ones we had as kids 60 years ago. I didn't know they were still made. No batteries or charging required, and gets them outside away from the TV and video games.

    I bought this car for my daughter and waited till the night before her birthday to assemble it. After completely assembling the car, I noticed that the front tires were pointing in ("toed in" for all you car guys). This made the car undrivable. After inspection I noticed a steering piece was defective and was causing the misalignment. Imagine my displeasure to have my daughter wake up the next morning and recieve a cute pink car that she couldn't drive ! I patiently called the company and they were very courteous and sent me a replacement front end with no questions asked. Unfortunately, the new part is worse than the old one. So the long and short is, the car is built fairly well but don't wait till the night before to assemble it, cause chances are you will have problems. Belive me, no Dad likes to see that look of disappointment on his little girls face !
