              Bought this bike for our 2 year olds birthday. We liked that the seat was adjustable, as she grew and her legs got longer, we could move the seat back. Yes it tips over if the steering wheel is turned sharply. Our daughter did fine on it but has already out-grown it at 3 1/2. I'm now looking for something bigger.
