I,m just going to start out with this is NOT a beginners car. this is a little more challenging. It is very fast and cool. the bad thing is that it says to charge it from 4 to 6 hours but if you charge it for six hours it runes for about 17 min.

If I could I would rate this R/C car "0" stars. I did a lot of research looking for a fun and affordable R/C car and came upon this one excitedly. I took the time to buy it online and it finally arrived today.... and boy was this a disappointment!!! After not only one but TWO different R/C cars bought from Toys'R'Us finding a true reliable R/C car seems Impossible. Fortunately, this one worked (the previous one did not) and to my dismay it wouldn't even run on my hardwood floors. The car is so low to the ground it would move extremely slow and can't even turn (wow) it would keep flickering it's lights on and off like it's about to die. How are you supposed to present this to your kid? Don't waste the time to buy this R/C car. Save your money and buy one elsewhere!

Package did not include the rechargable battery as referenced prior. The car runs well on smooth surfaces but will not run over rugs/carpet. Waiting to see if it runs on pavement (driveway). For the price, it is a fun and quick little car for ages 6+. Being able to 'align' the front wheels is a nice feature to keep it tracking straight. However, i would have expected a more consistant response from the car when making turns. Would still recommend, but research what to expect.

The car looked nice but did not come with a charger and rechargable batteries as described. Sent it back.

Great car! it goes really fast, but it spins out sometimes becuase it is meant for a race track, not any regular concrete.

I originally played with this in one of the stores and had a blast, so i purchased one. It is great as it is, easy to control, handles well, and reaches close to 15 mph. The only thing id say is dont plan on using this on thick carpet or pavement. Theres only ~3mm of vertical clearance on the car, so any bumps make it difficult for this car to accelerate to max speed. If you do plan to use it outside, i'd suggest sanding down the on off switch so it doesnt get caught and turn the car off(happened to me many times before i sanded the switch down). overall, a great product

This car is worth the price! I mean, its got headlights,front suspenion, and lets you control at a far distence!

Very good R/C toy for the price. Its very quick and it loves to slide. Can be hard to handle at first, but once you get used to it, its a very fun toy. The coolest thing is that the headlights turn on/off with a touch of button. Overall, its a great toy and I would recommend this for kids above the age of 8.
