PEOPLE - Its [$]!- the ammount that they invested into the technology to follow the line is lost in that. Send me 200.00 and i'll get you a car that looks decent and follows the line, pay 1000.00 and it will be a great car that follows the line -ITS A TOY FOR [$]!!

I bought this toy as a birthday present for my nephew, after seeing it in action at a toy store. I love the idea that you can draw a line for the car to follow! And the toy is fun and my nephew did like it. But it could be better: the car itself seems a little cheaply made, and it didn't seem to follow the lines very well. Of course, the first time we tried it we were actually using brown paper, which we realized probably was the cause of some of its problems: I'm not sure if it says it needs to be white paper, but that did work better. But there were time the car would just drive off the line even if it was on white paper.
All in all, though, it's very fun and I think it lends itself well to creativity.

Great product for the kids! My son LOVES this toy, it's hard to get him to stop playing with it. The best part, however, is that it's pretty educational. Definitely recommend this product for the holiday season.

It is an inexpensive creative toy that is often sold out. Our grandson loves to design new tracks and enjoys using the website for printing tracks. It is not a heavy duty car and probably would not withstand rough treatment. We would buy it again.

i wanted something with painted decal and some detail(like headlights) but this just looks cheap and lousy. my nephew would break this so fast.The idea that a car would follow a line that was draw was cool and innovated but when that car is so cheap you just feel cheated.
