This product is extremely beautiful..I had purchased it back in 2007 from BRU. I bought the whole set, I even told them that I needed everything to turn it into the next stages.(supposably) it was all in my purchase. To my surprise when it was time to turn it into a day bed for my toddler I wasn"t able to,a few parts were missing. The cribe became discontinued by the time I needed to purchase the missing parts. Now its back at BRU...My child is now 4 going on 5...Maybe now I could bty the rest of the parts...lol

I bought this crib, the dresser, and the armoire for my daugther almost six years ago. She slept in the crib when she was born, then the toddler bed, and it is now set up as a full size bed. It has been used by guests when visiting, and has lasted two six year old girls jumping up and down on it. I can not say enough about the whole set. We have been very happy with the look and the quality. It is easy to put together and transition. It made a beautiful nursery set, and is now loved by our daughter, who thinks she is a little princess. I can see this being a lifetime piece that she will undoubtedly bring with her when she is ready to move out on her own. I can not imagine anyone would be disappointed with this set.

We did not purchase the three piece set from BRU, regardless, it's the same product. For the amount of money we paid, we are extremely disappointed. I expected a heavier solid wood product, when in fact its quite lite. The flowers are not carved, but glued on applique's. [...]The armoir doors are very thin and light, making a lot of noise when you open and shut them. It's listed at almost 7' when it's barely 6' tall. Also, the hinges are weak as well. Yes, there are no plastic pieces and it's delivered assembled for the most part. In other words, for the amount of money we paid, we should have gone with the Baby Cache, Heritage or American Baby. This will not be lifetime pieces, the quality is just not there.Shopping online is always risque when you can't see the product in person. I hope this review helps you make a better educated decision saving you time and money.

I got the bed for my dauter's room. I love everything about this bed. The good thing about it that it converts to a full size bed.She can use it later. Te price is perfect.

I purchased this Crib on Clearance at BabiesRus they were discontinuing it at the time (2007) I was pregnant with my first Daughter at the time. I fell in love with the Crib at first sight. Extremely sturdy and well built, with beautiful antique accented flowers. I really can't say enough about this Crib. I am actually purchasing another one for my 7month old now that it is available again. My Daughter has been in it for 2 years now and it is just as beautiful as when we first bought it the finish on it cleans up so easily (little finger prints and what not). As soon as our addition is done we will be turning it into a full bed (we're skipping the toddler part but it does that as well). I honestly after 2 years have not one con I could mention. The only con I had was that they had discontinued it for a while. HIGHLY HIGHLY Reccomend for the long run worth every penny, especially if you plan to use for all stages.
