This was good with the songs and pictures but they lied about the video playback. It wouldn't let me download/view the videos on the mp3. Otherwise, it's good.

I know this product was did not cost that much but i purchased it for my son who is 5yrs old because everyone else in the house had tablets or ereaders so he could feel like a big boy when i read the description it said that it played videos,had an ebook function,and could store photos and music only 1 of the 4 consistantly worked which is the mp3 player i was told when i called the help line to download the software and make sure that my videos were 3 minutes or under when i explained that the video i was trying to load were only a min and a half and that i had indeed went through their software and it was still not working the call ended and i have still not received a callback lol i purchased a 7" ereader with 4gb of storge thats made by ematic for less. when i asked could i just return it and get my money back i was told no so long story short if u just want to listen to music then go for it anything else keep moving

I bought two of these for two of my children (ages 11 and 12). Both of my boys have not had any complaints thus far! The sound quality is better than I expected, even with the included headphones. They are a little confusing to use at first, but once you get used to the menu system, it's not that difficult.

Easy to download, it was purchased for a five year old boy, and he loves it, and can use it by himself.

Bought this for my son for Christmas, have had to exchange the earbuds twice already and it's only Jan. 3rd. The 1st set the earbud fell apart, the 2nd set one of them stopped working...Hopefully 3rd times a charm.

This thing is a piece of junk. It stopped working within 2 seconds of trying to use it. Buy your child an Ipod. Dont waste your money on this cheap piece of junk.

Bought for duaghter's 7th birthday. She loves a variety of music, so the 4GB has plenty of room. So far we have only put music on it for her, but there is the option for videos. Will put her home videos on device at a later time. Very easy for her to use on her own. Only bad thing I can say about it is it may be too perfect for her as she is constantly listening to it.

I liked everything about this product. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Slim so that my child fit it in her purse.

Freezes up all the time. Can not put music from Itunes on it.

I would have used it a lot if I could have received one. So would my son. So no it did not meet my expectations.
