I have two girls (ages 6 and 3) who both frequently drive and ride in this car. We have two other similar vehicles (a tractor and a mini cooper) that do not compare to the Smart car. This car's battery life is incredible! It has two speeds (fast and faster!) and reverse. The neighbors have the Lightning McQueen car and this Smart car runs circles around it, even with two kids riding! LOVE this car and LOVE the price. I WILL be buying a second one because my girls fight over the one we have now! This price is a STEAL. Do not hesitate just because it is the "Smart Car" version. This car is fantastic!

The car was meant as a birthday gift for my two year old nephew. Even though he was a little young for a car, he loved it from the get go. It has a simple driving mechanism that any child can figure out easily. It was put together in no time. Some of the other cars and SUVs I looked at had a charging time of 8-10 hours and a running time of approximately 1 hour. But this car charges in less time and runs for about 3 hours which adds a lot to the overall value. I also got the additional coverage of three years so I know that he will enjoy it for a long time. This is a well put together car. The only issue I have with it is it does not have a working door so he has to climb into the car.
