This fits any standard faucet. What I really like about this faucet cover is that it is firm and solid, but rounded and not going to hurt your child if he or she bumps their head on it. It is a saving grace for near misses. It does fit loosely, so you are still responsible for making sure your child is safe, but the inflatable kinds and the expensive kinds that HAVE to have a shower plunger on top in order for it to stay on are not practical. This was the only type that was worth the few $'s I spent. My daughter learned not to try to mess with it, and I always have it on there when she is in the tub. I do wish it fit more firmly but it does stay on which is the point. The blow up ones get one hole and are done. I live in an older home, and the tub is not a shower combo, just a bathtub so we don't have a switch attached to the faucet that is needed for other products. This is an excellent standard cover and will help you.

The fish does fit over a standard water spout, though it was a little difficult to fit onto it at first. The fish seems a bit heavy though and it leans forward and is very loose on the spout. At times it almost appears to be falling off. It isn't snug on the spout at all. It does protect my son from hitting his head although the plastic is a bit hard. My son does like to look at it and pull at it. I think I am going to try to find a small plastic suction cup to glue to the back of it so it will stay on the spout.

Cute and covers but don't buy if you have spout on op of tub. Water flows in and behind cover flooding the floor. I have to remove every time I run the water. It's annoying.

The good: Its a hard plastic. If your little one hits the spout cover it will not cave.

The bad: The shower spout is square, but the opening on this cover is round. Hmmm. Also you cannot use the shower diverter since it is covered.

I never returned the spout because it was the only one made of a hard plastic.

I've used this spout cover for 2 and a half years and it fit our spout okay just not perfectly. When too much water gets in it starts to droop but it does not come off at all. I still use it and have no problems, so I would still recommend this to others even without the perfect fit.

It doesn't even come close to fitting over our spout. We have a shower diverter, but even if we didn't, the cover's hole isn't big enough to get it around the spout. I think we have a pretty typical spout-- it's not really big or funny shaped or anything.

We bought this and had to return it. It was teribley difficult to get on, and once in place, we couldn't access the shower diverter. I suppose it would work fine if you didn't use the shower (however our guests do) or if you lived in an old home that doesn't have a shower diverter on top of your spout.

I have had no difficulty with this cover at all. We live in an apartment with standard faucets and with a little effort, this cover slides on just fine. The colors are cute and are very interesting to my 9 month old. She enjoys poking the little fish. The only negative that you'll probably find with all covers is that you can't let your baby use it as a primary support if standing in the tub because it can slide back off if not careful. But that should probably be a given :-)

Overall, does it's job of protecting babies' heads and allows water to come out when on.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
