The Little Tikes Home and Garden Playhouse is the fun fixer-upper! Bring out the do-it-yourself skills in your kids! They can build the fence and hang the flower box all by themselves! The Little Tikes Home and Garden Playhouse features an open design with a working door, mailbox with flag and multiple play areas. The kitchenette has a pretend stove with clicker knobs and a faucet for imaginative play. Kids are even able to plant and grow real flowers in the flower bed. The Little Tikes Home and Garden Playhouse also include a pounding bench with tools and sand and water/planting area.

This is the perfect playhouse if you have limited space in your yard or patio. My daughter is 19 months and was playing in it before the walls were even up. She loves the door, the phone, little hammer, and loves just sitting inside. She has room to grow with it - perfect for one or two kids inside but then adults or other kids can sit outside and still play together with it. It's nice and open/airy so it wont get too hot in the summer and they are in full shade playing inside. The picket fence is very cute and you can leave them off or just attach one side if you'd like or space is limited and that mailbox is her other favorite (comes with a plastic letter to go inside as well). It did not take long to put together hubby and I did it together with our daughter smiling ear to ear and helping the entire time - somehow kids know it's for them. The colors are perfect - not too bright or cheap looking. Only two small stickers on the entire thing (on the stove) so it should have no peeling issues and looking worn over time. You can download a twenty dollar off coupon on-line for the toysrus coupon book pdf. version and take it to the store or buy it on-line. Also came with the picnic table for free in the store too (although I had to tell the clerk about it). Overall perfect playhouse for boys and girls. We are so happy with our purchase. Buy this playhouse - your kids will love it.

we got this for my daughters birthday and set it up outside. as soon as it rained that week the decals came off. the sink and flower boxes fill with water so i have to turn it over to get the water out every time it rains. the water gets into the walls and makes the house very heavy to tip over. mold starts growing where water cant seep out and bugs hide under it.there is no floor either.so the kids walk around in mud that seems to never dry out. had to drill some holes in it to get water out but that just let the bugs get inside the house walls. and one of the wence walls kept comming apart. this would be a good indoor house if you have room. we ended up draining it and disassembling it for winter storage. its going to be a pain assemble it again but i dont want it to completely fall apart this winter.

So far we are impressed with this playhouse. Our little girls love it. It did take a while for my husband to put it together, but it was pretty self explanatory. We keep it inside but hope to move it outside as it gets warmer.

We bought this for my children after researching online. We have a son and a daughter and we felt this playhouse was good for both of them. They love the flowers and they both love being able to hammer or pretend to cook. The only thing I wish was a little better was how the fence fits on the house, it comes off a little too easily, but it's not a huge problem. I would reccomend putting this together with two people and with a drill (we put one together once with just a screwdriver and it was horrible!). Our 3 and 2 year old love it and they fit wonderfully in it!

THE ARE NO HOLES FOR THE SCREWS TO GO IN!!!!!! I had to Drill ones in for EVERY Screw. Never was there a hole. Very bad, but....It was very simple to play with and use and put together and it's so cute!! My 2 1/2 daugther loves it!!! Very cute. Great for the price. But, I hated the holes. Also, missing was the mail for the mail box, but I can fix that.

This house was not easy to put together as the instructions were difficult to follow. The parts were already all scratched up and dirty. This was a gift that we put together for them before giving to them. It is cute, but won't last very long and parts look really cheap. Disappointed in the quality from Little Tikes.

My little boy is very active and loves to play outside! When we finished putting the house together and brought it into the yard he was crazy with excitement! He went straight to it and played in the house for hours! It is a perfect house for a little boy...having a working kitchen, a real tool bench with tools, a fix it fence, a working mail box (that he looks for mail in everyday) and a planting area allows for hours of interactive, imaginative play! I love that my little boy loves this house as much as we do! Great house at an amazing price!
