      The apron and hat have velcro to ensure a good fit. The oven mitt and hot pad are so cute, just the right size for my 21 mo. old. He loves having the mitt on and holding his spoon!

      We got this in blue, but it also comes in a pink, or red & white. The oven mitt and potholder are holding together nicely, and my toddler really enjoys them. The apron and hat lasted about two play times, then the apron ties came off, and the top just ripped in half right down the middle. Just ordinary play. The hat is cute, but it isn't big enough for my 3 year old's head. For the money, I guess I wouldn't expect better. And the little mitts are durable. Overall, I think I'll find another apron elsewhere that will last longer. He really enjoyed playing "chef".

        I was excited to find this set to get for my NEPHEW who loves to play with his kitchen set. Because this set said it was BLUE I knew it was something his father would approve of - he is not too fond of his boy playing dress up or with the kitchen set. However, this set is not just blue it is blue and PURPLE!!! There was nothing about half of it being purple in the description. So it was going to be a great present, now I don't think I'm going to give it to him because it is no longer a masculine/neutral set his father would like.

        Hopefully the store closest to us has it in stock in the red and white color so I can get that one for him instead. We will still keep this one to give to my daughter when she is a little older. Product would have gotten a better rating if it matched the description better.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
