I purchased this alarm clock for my daughter for Christmas and was very disappointed that the radio did not work at all. I went back to the store to exchange it for a new one and after getting it home find that the reset button didn't work, when the kitty on top was pressed it reset the clock and the up/down buttons only worked part of the time. It appears the buttons aren't hitting the right place internally so they aren't working. Big disappointment for both me and my daughter.

The description says it has slide rule tuning: no it doesn't. It has a scan button on the back and you can't even see what station is tuned in. You CANNOT wake up to the radio. It has 6 or 8 different buzzer sounds that you can choose to wake up to. Not even very loud . (didn't wake my daughter).
Also it's not very intuitive (user friendly). A lot of playing around to figure it out. (unless you want to take time to read instructions). (ha!)
Pros: it's just cute.
Cons: pretty much everything else.
