This changer was a pain to put together, I will admit that. My fiance put the crib together in about 30 minutes, but it took him 3 days with this. He had to call the manufacturer, wait for them to return the call, etc. The problem he ran into is that one of the legs had two pegs that needed to go in a hole, but on the dresser there was only one hole. I forgot how he explained it but it ended up that the directions were wrong! About halfway through he threw away the directions and did it all by himself. A pain, but if your husband is handy it's do-able. The afterproduct is adorable and seems very sturdy. Although on the part where the changing pad went, they stuck a big warning sticker right in the front of it! Dumb! We got the sticker off but there is still sticky residue left over, and I'm afraid to scrub too hard that it scrubs paint off. So this product is definately not perfect, but if you're patient I don't think the end result deserves a bad review at all. We are switching the knobs out for some cute painted knobs to give more character. Overall, an ok purchase.

When I purchased this piece I thought it looked real nice on the website. While being put together we ran into many problems. There are 4 knobs for the drawers and door and the one knob didn't match. On the front part under the changer there is a huge chunk taken out of the wood. They painted the wrong side of the changer. Then when putting the drawers together all the rails were bent. What a headache. I phoned the manufacturer and they are to send out new parts so here's to keeping my fingers crossed. Also part of the instructions were backwards. The piece is really nice looking in the nursery but I was definately disappointed in the manufacturer. It looked like someone just put whatever pieces they wanted to in the box.
