        I was initially hesitant about buying this table after reading the other reviews on it. However, having used it for three months now I can honestly say that I love it. The table wasn't as difficult to put together as previous reviewers might have you believe. I found it pretty simple to assemble, though time-consuming. All assembly parts were labeled with alphabetical stickers and the assembly book was easy to follow. It's extremely sturdy once it has been put together and everything in it works like a dream. The drawers slide and close easily and it's a beautiful addition to any espresso-colored nursery. That, and this is one of the FEW hardwood changing tables that are out there. Most others are composites or particle board. My only complaint: it did arrive with some scratches in the wood. But a little wood polish did the trick!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        This changing table is pretty once you get it together, but oh my goodness!!! The instructions are wrong in SEVERAL different places. [...]. It'll work for the nursery, but I would never buy it again. Not worth the money. Disappointed...

          My husband wanted me to make sure I wrote a comment about this product on how much the instructions stunk and at times were backwards. Now our changing table does not have any paint or marks missing and it looks great all put together, BUT like I said it stinks putting this piece together.

              Started putting it together and noticed there are dents and scratches everywhere. Also the top has a large sticky spot. There are a few spots where the wood has actually split and lots of spots where paint is missing. I cannot believe a company would ship a product looking like this. Also, it's not difficult to assemble but takes an insanely long time (approx 1.5 hrs).

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
