We ordered this particular changing table to match the Bright Steps Madison crib. The furniture itself is quite substantial. It's heavy and feels sturdy. It did take two people and a while to assemble – not as simplistic as [...] furniture. It is really very nice looking and looks of quality.The problems we are experiencing are a couple. 1. One of the door knobs seemed to be stripped – meaning the screw won't tighten and when you pull the door knob to open the door, the handle practically pulls off altogether instead of opening the door. This is not a huge deal as I planned on replacing the hardware with something that matched my décor.2. We can't get the drawers in!! The instructions say to just slide the assembled drawer into the slot. Well, it won't go in. The tracks are pre installed and they just won't line up for the drawer to slide in! We even tried to disassemble the tracks and anything we could to get these drawers in. No dice. We called the provided Customer Support contact for Bright Steps this morning. They took a message and so far, no one has called back. They are in Brooklyn and we are in Phoenix so I doubt we'll hear from them today. Other than that – this is a really nice piece. Even nicer than the crib! If these two items were not an issue – I would give 5 stars. Hopefully they can be resolved. The table is about 100 pounds so I really don't feel like trying to figure out how to return it – but I will if there is not resolution with Bright Steps Customer Support.I hope that this is just a quirk and not the norm for this product...
