This is the worst online purchase I've ever made! I would rather sit through an insurance seminar than try and put this piece of junk together. I have received two of the same items and it looked like they were victims of Taliban insurgents. Not only that they told me I had to take them to the UPS store and they weigh over 100 lbs and my wife is 6 months pregnant. What a joke!. I now have an ulcer from this experience. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is the 2nd Bright Steps piece I purchased for my pregnant daughter. I should have learned from the crib but she wanted the matching piece. With both purchases the 1st item we received was JUNK. [...] Prior to this purchase I had NEVER ordered furniture that had to be put together and now I know why. I wouldn't ever purchasse or reccommend any Bright Steps product to anyone, EVER.
