Safely attach crib mobiles with J.L. Childress easy-to-use crib mobile attachment clamp! The crib mobile attachment clamp features large rubber pads that grip the crib railing and protect your crib from scratches and damage caused by post-and-knob style arms. Use the clamp as a replacement for post-and-knob styles that don't fit on all cribs. The crib mobile attachment clamp fits onto both traditional and convertible cribs, including baby's dream and specialty and decorative cribs. The clamp opens to 2 inches wide and the arm features a convenient safety button to lock the clamp in position. The quick-attach clamp is easy to use simply push on the lever to open the clamp and slide it over the crib railing. The clamp will automatically adjust to the width of the railing. It measures approximately 18 inches high. Extra assembly required for mobiles with closed loops on the top of the music box instructions included. Clamp is not for use on round or soft rails.

This didn't work on our crib. I don't have any other comments since we didn't get to use it so just beware that it doesn't fit ALL cribs.

This seems even more sturdy than the original. My daughter broke the first mobile arm and our second child is on the way and we didn't want to purchase another mobile which are not cheap. This was a fantastic alternative. Don't make the same mistake we did the first time. As soon as they can stand remove the mobile then it won't get broken.

The clamp seems a little loose, but it may just be the thin wood on my crib. After we inserted a block it seems ok and locks properly.

I was so excited to find this mobile arm! The arm that came with my mobile had scratched our crib and didn't fit well. This arm has nice rubber pads that grib the railing and it fits perfectly. It's saved our crib from any more damage. Love it!

The attachment is supposed to expand more than the standard crib mobile attachments. However, it really isn't much better than the standard one that comes with the mobile. I can't get either to stay on my crib. If you pull on the mobile, the attachment could pop off pretty easily and hit the baby.
