        It makes neat sounds, my 5 year old loves it! The sword spins (or not) and can be one large double blade or can be used as separate swords. The only complaint is the blue sword has wiring issues, it randomly lights up and makes noises. Wish I could give the Toys R Us online shopping experience the same praise....

          My 7 year old has been asking for a double light saber for 2 years. I couldn't hardly find any and when I did they were [$]. Toys R Us had a couple day long sale on this being half off so when I got an email saying that I pounced on it. (see, those spam emails come in handy on occasion). It seems very durable so far unlike the one I got off [@] last Christmas that was a costume prop, not a toy, and broke within 10 minutes of being unwrapped. He loves that it's 2 different colors (blue and green), spins, makes the noises, or the swords can be connected together for one long double ended light saber. Very easy to change configurations. Has held up to a few duels so far. Took 3 batteries per light saber.The onlyr eason I don't give it 5 stars is b/c I would not have ever in a million years paid almost [$] for it, which was the original price. But for [$] it's a steal!! The light saber part doesn't collapse completely like most of the single light sabers do, would be nice if it did. But we're still pretty happy.

            Gave this to my 10yr old son for Christmas - only 4 days in but so far it is holding up very well. He LOVES that it comes apart into 2 separate sabers, loves the noise and spent a good hour outside in the dark enjoying this toy. Heck, I even enjoyed giving it a few spins before I wrapped it. Too soon to vouch for durability, but thus far it is everything advertised and making him a really happy kid.

                I bought this for my 3 year old nephew! He's obsessed with star wars. I love that you can use it so many different ways! He can play with one light saber and his dad or cousins play with the other! He can connect the 2 without the middle part and twirl it. Or attach it to the middle part and twirl it! ( this would need to be done by a tall person) The sounds are great! The colors are awesome! My 4yo daughter and 3 YO niece want one for themselves! The adults played with it as well! Awesome gift! My nephew loves loves it ! Best purchase!
