I got this game as a Christmas gift for my 4 yr. old son. He thought it was the great when he opened. He had to play it within mins. & has played it still since then. Definetally happy I decided on this game for him. Even my teenage daughters thought it was a cute game.

I did a lot of research on which one of these type toys to have my mother-in-law get my son for Christmas. I chose the mobigo because of the keyboard and the fact that this was the one my son always went to when we were in that aisle of a store. I made the right choice. This Mickey game is his favorite. You can fly Mickey in a plane, have him jump on a pogo stick and zoom on a scooter while learning all sorts of other skills! My son plays it every morning on the way to preschool. I highly recommend it as a great way to entertain your child while also teaching them basic math skills, cause and effect, patterns and fine motor skills. This morning I heard my son saying "c'mon I need to get another heart!" to his mobigo--he was really into his game! The only negative is that there is no internal storage for the downloadable games but you can buy a storage cartridge from vtech so you don't loose them everytime.

This was an obvious choice since my son loves Mickey Mouse. I was concerned that since he's only 26 months old he may not be able to operate this "4-6" year old game. I thought it might require more keyboard/button usage vs. the touch screen. Not so - this game doesn't require the keyboard - only the touch screen. Some of the games get a little more advanced as you progress - like jumping to and from moving logs while trying not to fall in the water. If your child knows their basic shapes and can count/add to 20 (or you want them to learn these skills) - this is a great choice.
