We have almost all of the VTech stories and my 3 year old daughter loves them all, but this one is the only one that really wasn't written well. Unless you are already close to the characters this story is boring and slow. The story basically says this happened then this happened, nothing fun. Then its very slow. On one page the dinosaur walks across the page for no reason and you have to sit and watch this before the reading starts up. Plus it seems it takes longer for the pages to turn than most books. There are lots of gaps in the story and if you have not seen the movies, it just doesn't flow or make sense at times.

My son is turning 3 in a few days and the V-reader and Toy Story cartridge were a huge hit. After showing him how to use it a few times he is now able to listen to the story on his own and turn the pages on his own. He is a huge Buzz Light Year fan so the Toy Story cartridge was perfect. The story is fantastic and easy to follow. I do wish these stories were longer though.
