I bought this for my son's b'day in Sept. 2010. It did not work. The remote and car would power on but the car did not budge. I called Jada Toys and was told to send it back to them.[...] I only received the remote back. No car! Repeated phone calls to the company have resulted in a runaround. Do not buy anything from Jada Toys!

My son has been searching and searching for an RC police car with sounds and lights. This is the closest we've found. Sounds are fun and the lights are great. He wishes it had a microphone so you could use your own voice as a police officer, but the company that made that model no longer makes it.

We wish that the lights or at least the LED headlights would stay on though. The lights are only on when the sounds are on and you must push and hold a button. I think this is to preserve the battery life since it takes AAs.

All in all for the price it is a really fun addition to our RC family. We'd recommend it.
