We use the high chair for every meal at home. I love the monkey and it compacts to save space when not in use. I'm not thrilled about the clasps to hold my baby in. They are really hard to get clean. They are a lot of tiny holes/spaces that food gets caught in. When buying a high chair look at the product as in "my baby is going to get food everywhere on this – how hard will it be to clean?" I wish I would have thought about how much we travel and bought a high chair more like a booster seat that attaches to a chair, so it could travel with us. One more thing to take, but then my baby would have her own chair and not need to use my lap - and cover me in food too.

Received this high chair as a baby shower gift and thought it was cute.We didn't notice that one side of the tray didn't latch until my son was about 8 months old and started kicking it.I tried to fix it but it was assembled wrong on that side and could not be fixed.I contacted customer service and told them I didn't have a receipt.he told me I would have to purchase a new one which was a bit pricey.i asked him some questions and he kept reading me some scripted response over and over.this is the only baby product manufacturer who hasn't offered me replacement for free.I have items from Chicco and graco that are 5 yrs old and if a part breaks they replace it no problem.

I bought this high chair 2 years ago when my 3rd child was a few months old, so he could sit at the kitchen table with us for meals & get used to "family" time. I love the way it reclines. The height adjustments are great. I love the way it easily folds for storage & you can hang the tray on the back. Now that my 3rd is 2 years old, he often sits in his high chair to also color. It's easily cleaned. My 4th child, who just turned 5 months old, can also sit in it (even though big brother doesn't want to share).

I believe there is a newer model which I have, the seat wipes off easily, love that there is 4 wheels & not just 2 like a lot of other high chairs, with 4 locks as well, love the height adjustment so you can easily sit ur child at the dinner table too(double bonus). Love the reclining position so you can take your baby out without removing the tray & he/she can drink a bottle. Love the removable tray, easy to use. Nothing bad to say!

There are a lot of things I really like about this highchair. It's easy to fold up and fits nicely behind our dining room table...it's easy to unfold, I can do it with one hand now. I love how it has 2 trays so I can have one dirty and still have the underside clean for the next meal. The tray is a good distance away from my son, and the height of the chair fully extended is good. It's very stable and I love how it's on wheels & that the wheels lock.
However, I don't like how loose the straps are. My son is 16 months old right now, and they are STILL too big for him. They are CONSTANTLY falling off his sholders...and they are on the teightest setting. So that is a huge problem for me. Thankfully, he's big enough now that he really doesn't need the straps (but we still use them), but the tray has a "bar" if you will that goes between his legs, or he'd be able to wiggle his way out of it. I was super nervous when we started cereal and such b/c he was a tiny 5 month old and again the straps were just HUGE. I didn't feel like he was safe in the highchair at all. Another thing I don't like is how hard it is to clean it. I don't take the cover off just because it is so hard to get it back on. So after every meal, we just wipe it down with a wet cloth. But it really needs to be put in the wash. I just hate doing it b/c its not easy. There was a time where we just left it off completely and it was soo much nicer! I also notice every once in a while that the seat is crooked. The settings to lift it up and down will get off and makes him sit in the chair crooked...and it's really hard to adjust after he's already in the seat.
But overall, it's a decent chair, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

I've been using this product for 6 months & I have a few issues with it.
1. The straps do not tighten enough to safely hold an infant in the seat. My child is 10 months & 20 pounds & the shoulder straps are still very loose. With the tray on (which it is always on if she is in it)there is not much worry of her falling out. However, accidents happen & I'm sure it's possible. Also when you are trying to store the tray (awkward) they definitely could wiggle free.

2. The straps are really hard to remove/install to clean them/the chair. I actually have to use a pair of pliers to pull them in/out.

3. I understand why they put the pegs to store the tray on the inside of the legs (Safety. Some children had fallen & hurt themselves on the pegs when they were on the outside). But it is pretty awkward to hang. You eventually get the hang of it & it does work.

4. The tray does not go on as easily as the chair I had before.It also often takes more than one try to get it on properly.

5. After the 2nd washing (I followed Manufacture instructions) the stitching has pulled away from the fabric on the back side of the pad where the crotch strap connects. I'm sure it wont be long before that will cause the pad to fall apart & need replacing.

I received this highchair as a gift at my baby shower from my mother-in-law. It was very easy to assemble and is also easy to clean. I read several of the other responses about the casters locking and the straps twisting but I have yet to (and hope not to) experience those issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this highchair to anyone who is debating purchasing it.

I've had this high chair for over a year now. my son is 15 months old. it has moved houses and is still in GREAT condition. i wash the tray many times a day and have washed the highchair cover of course multiple times (in the washing machine) and its all still great. i love that i only have to use one hand to slide tray on and off. i dont recall anything negative about it in this whole year i've had it.
