iPod is pictured, but not included. This iHome Alarm Clock Radio has dual universal docks that are compatible with your iPhone and iPod. Included are inserts to fit docking different iPod models. There are 2 independent alarms to wake to that can be connected from your iPhone or iPod playlist, FM radio, or buzzer. The dock also charges and plays iPod and iPhone while it is being docked. Sync button allows user to sync unit with iPhone time. There are bass, treble, 3D sound and balance control, and 6 FM presets. High-fidelity stereo drivers in specially designed speaker chambers deliver astounding clarity, depth, and power. Gradual wake and gradual sleep increases/decreases alarm/sleep volume so as not to startle the user. Dst switch for quick daylight-savings time adjustment. Line in jack to play mp3/cds.

I used to always use my brothers ihome(When he wasent home), so i am so thankful this christmas he got me an ihome and in my favorite color blue! This product is amazing i love it, it has a nice color, good sound and easy to use! I just wish it came with the remote lol, i don't even care actually i just want like the ihome itself.

I bought two iHome iP42 Clock radios for Christmas, a blue and a gray. The boxes both advertise that they "INCLUDES REMOTE".
This model was more expensive than others.
I figured it was more expensive because it came with a remote.
Christmas morning we open the package to find NO REMOTE, but instead an ad to order a remote by mail for an additional $19.99!!!!!!!!!
I called iHome 'Customer Service' and was told even better news: Even if I paid more and waited for 30 days for a remote to be shipped to me, THE REMOTE WOULD STILL NOT WORK WITH THE MODEL THAT I PURCHASED! -- The Alarm Clock that stated on the package that a remote was INCLUDED would not work with a remote!!
The iHome rep said it was because they use the 'same box' for different model numbers. The box did not have any wording to indicate that was true.
She seemed rather indifferent to situation.
Very Frustrating!
This might be a great product as long as you are not expecting a remote.
Toys R Us customer service was great when I ended up returning the item.
