        It was the worst eperience I have ever had ordering on line. The first order was missing one of the five items. It had been deleted from the order. Had to make 4 phone calls totaling just under 5 hours until I spoke to someone. Rather than sending the missing item was sent notice they were resending and charging me the items already received , still without the missing pad. Finally sent me the pad but sent two and was charged when I only wanted one but they said they could not stop the order. I was Promised a call back but never received one . Have friends who have also had problems ordering on line with Toys R Us . Was willing to pay more because thought you would be reliable. It was a nightmare. Arlene Robbins

            I love this drawing pad. it works great with paint and markers crayons and pencil. if i had to find anything i would have to say can be better with this product i would say the pages could be a bit whiter. i love it.
