i love this car seat my son grew out of his infant car seat at about 7 mons and this was my choice i love the how comfy it is evey since i bought this for my son he doesnt car while i put him in the car seat,the only reason i gave this a 4 star bc its real hard to install into a small car whenever im going in someone else car i just put fwd facing bc its to difficult to rear face.the strapes never give me a hard time like most these post.

we bought this for our son when he outgrew his infant seat at 7 months. we installed it facing backwards and when he would fall asleep sometimes his head would slump forward so we were very happy we didnt start out with this one to begin with. once we turned it forward at a year he seemed much happier with it and it was his favorite carseat because of how it reclined and it was the most comfortable. it defiantly had many trips to the washing machine so we ended up having to replace it a few months before he turned three because the shell wouldnt stay on but for the $100 we paid for it i think we got our use out of it. now me and my sister had to share a back seat with the carseat once and it is not a comfy one if you have to be shoved up against it. i probably wouldnt buy it again just because of that i have a small car and need to be able to comfortably have 3 sitting in a row. but for a single child family or a large vehicle family i would recommend it once the child can hold there head up

This car seat is just okay. The 2 flaws i experienced were 1) one strap was always too loose and 2) the seat cover would always come off on the left side. I like that its simple, not too bulky, and light weight.

I have this carseat but in the girl pattern This carseat is functional but you always have to readjust the straps, and one side always ends up tighter than the other. My old graco seat is much better. This one has a plastic piece where you pull to loosen, and it doesn't want to loosen. I have found first I must pull it tighter to then loosen it. So, if the child is in the seat it is a real pain! Not satisfied with this style, but love the old graco style seats. They have a metal piece that you push to loosen or tighten. Much better mechanism.

This car seat was ok at first. Was pretty bulky when installed backwards and the cushion for the head is pretty useless since it never stays put. Once we washed it, the plastic plugs holding everything together pulled and will no longer anchor the cover so it is always hanging loose. The harness is always shifting and requires constant adjustments. Our other car has an Eddie Bauer seat that we love and the cover is held on with elastic bands, so it is as good as the day we took it out of the box. We just bought the Graco nautilus seat to replace the comfortsport, but haven't installed it yet. My initial impressions are that it is a much better construction!

We originally bought this seat about 2 years ago to put in our "spare" car. The Britax was in the car that my daughter spent most of the time in. This seat was fine being used once or twice a week. My daughter is now in this seat daily as I drop her off at preschool and my wife picks her up. The straps in this seats manage to get out of adjustment every day and as a result, every morning I spend about five minutes fixing them. Meanwhile, the Britax is always perfect!

The Britax is also much more comfortable, and don't get me started on installing the Britax vs. the Graco...

Center, forward facing car seat for 14 month old. The cover keeps detaching from the inside slots leaving two hard tabs under my son's bum. The straps themselves also seem to tangle up under the cover slots making it difficult to get the straps flat and secure. Maybe user error, but really think it's just a design flaw...Also, somewhat confusing to see where the forward facing latch belt threads when there are several straps under the cover going all which ways. Aside from these irritations, the seat itself was easy to install with the latch clips and a bit smaller than other seats making it more realistic for my smaller car.

I bought this as a secondary seat for Grandma's car. It was very easy to install and I love the buckles. Extremely easy to use. Overall a very nice carseat and the price was just right.
