Featuring a total of 7,938 pieces, you'll have hours of fun assembling this remote-controlled LEGO train and railroad set.
3-car passenger train
The LEGO passenger train contains 3 separate cars,each with its own removable roof to let you interact with the minifigures inside.
Remote-controlled design
The LEGO train is controlled by an 8-channel remote control that allows you to run the locomotive and its accompanying cars at 7 different speeds. The controller requires 3 AAA batteries (sold separately).
3 minifigures and a waiting-area platform
A train conductor minifigure, 2 passenger minifigures and a 2-seat waiting-area platform are included with the build-it-yourself LEGO train.
Flexible, connecting tracks
The passenger train comes with a wide assortment of flexible track, including 16 curved pieces and 16 connecting pieces.
Additional pieces to operate the set
The LEGO set features several motorized pieces that operate the LEGO train and track, such as a battery box, a motor and an IR receiver.

      Just like other Legos, this is great! My 8 yr old put it together independently and we paired it with the cargo train tracks. He showed me that the train will fall off the track when going top speed around curves, but easy to control to keep speed down on curves. Toys-R-Us was the ONLY store to get this in stock and email us the day it was available when we signed up to be notified.
