We took our 1 yr old to pick out bday toys and for some crazy reason this half- smile, long legged thing with a crazy almost scary sound came home with us. The LO loves the monkey, drags it everywhere. My mother recently purchased another one as a back up incase we lost it and the new one has a full smile and rounder face.

Suggestion - make a velcro pouch to remove the sound box. Ive had to wash the monkey and the sound stopped working after the 3rd bath.

my son asked for a pet monkey(if legal) for christmas,santa brought him this monkey, which he loves. My question is why does the monkey only have half an embroidered mouth ? I think an added plus would be if the feet had velcro like the hands do.
