I use this to clean my newborn's cloth diapers. I couldn't use it the first 2 weeks of his life due to my inability to bend down since I had a c-section, but my mother (who was originally against me cloth diapering) and husband thought it was so easy to use and took out much of the dirty work. I am using it now and am so happy I decided to purchase it. I think my husband thought it was pretty simple to install as well.

We have been using this sprayer since our daughter was born 6 weeks ago. It had a lot of pressure for the first few days, then it was barely working. My husband took it apart and a rubber gasket had ripped. He took it out, and it worked fine again. Our baby is half breastfed and half formula, and her poop is staining the cloth diapers and covers. When I rinse, all of the chunks come off, but it leaves behind a brown/yellow area. This does not come off in soaking or washing. Not sure the sprayer could be any better to help it though.

I have a standard toilet and plumbing system and the hose did not screw on tight enough to perform without leaking. I was so excited when it arrived, and then so disappointed that I had to return it.

When our daughter started cloth diapers, we used only the sprayer to clean the diapers. It works well. It has good pressure to really get the poop off (only used for newborn breastfed poop so far) and it is easy to set up. We recently started using flushable liners and only use the sprayer for larger messes just because I'm not a fan of the splash back that gets on the rim of the toilet. A little too unhygienic for me. But I'm keeping it in case I move to a house with a laundry slop sink to see if I can attach it there since it would better to use in a deep basin like that. Oh and we have only had one leak when I accidentally left the valve to the sprayer on. It does clearly say to not leave the spray on though, so not a surprise.

We started out using the sprayer to clean my 3 months old cloth diapers and I have to say it works really well. It definitely has enough pressure to get the job done and we had no leak as long as you turn the valve to the spray to the off position after cleaning the diaper. Left it on by accident once and did have a small leak but it does clearly say not to leave on. We have since moved to using flushable liners and save the sprayer for large messes. The amount of spray back from using the sprayer just doesn't sit well with me from a hygienic stand point. And I imagine every sprayer will have this problem. I think it would be better used in a laundry room slop sink since they have deep basins.

This product hooked up easily as promised. I think the package claims no tools required, which is almost true, but we did need a Philips head screwdriver (minor point).

There's a handle to turn the water supply to the spray head off which operates smoothly. After turning the water supply to the spray head all the way on, the water pressure is perfect for spraying solids off the diapers.

If you turn the water supply to the spray head halfway on or so, you could also use the spray head as a bidet - great for postpartum moms especially!

It comes with a "holster" that attaches to your toilet tank that allows you to easily store your spray head between uses.

No complaints about this product at all.

I put this in myself, which is saying a lot. The directions are VERY easy. Here are some tips:

1. REALLY REALLY REALLY I mean really press the tubing in. I had a tiny leak and obviously was upset. So, I shut everything off, unattached and reattached the tubing super tightly. No leaks. User error!
2. Don't want poop and backsplash all over your toilet rim? This took a week of figuring out. Fold your dirty diapers INSIDE OUT (pinch the clean ends) and keep the diaper low in the toilet. You can still have it on full blast without the mess.
3. Keep a trash can with a pedal next to the toilet with a wetbag in it. That way, you aren't dragging the mess through the house or lifting a lid. Poop belongs in the bathroom, not next to your sleeping babes.

I use the BumGenius as a diaper sprayer and a feminine rinse sprayer.
I love that it is super easy to put together and has the dual pressure settings. \
The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to reach behind the toilet to adjust the pressure.

My husband attached this to our toilet and the design and installment are great. the handle of the sprayer leaked horribly. i contacted the company and they sent me a new one, however it leaked too. So i contacted them again and they sent me another one. Unfortunately it leaked also. i was about to return it and give up when the man at mini-sprayer company said he would personally test another one to make sure it would not leak, since the package states "guaranteed to not leak." He did and sent me the new sprayer and miraculously it did not leak. So very good high powered pressure sprayer to use to spray off cloth diapers, once i got the third one. so if it leaks contact the company and keep pushing it until you get a good one.
