I registered for this, and someone got it for me. After reading the reviews, I planned on taking it back without putting it together. My parents were over helping me and they put it together while I was working on something else. I came in, and they had it all together and it looked BEAUTIFUL! I said, "Oh I was going to return that" and they were like, "Why? it was so easy to put together and looks great!" So apparently the people who wrote the reviews about how difficult it is to assemble, aren't very handy, because they did it very quickly with NO problem. This bookcase is definetly worth the [$]. I might even get another one!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The directions were fairly easy to follow but the product was not made well and one screw broke and one was missing. The company gave an email address to contact for more parts, but after contacting them, I received the email back saying it was not a valid email. We put the bookshelf together but I don't feel it is very sturdy. Not worth the price...

The bookshelf seemed to be a good size and color for our baby's room. However once I received the item I was very disappointed in the quality. Not only are the parts flimsy, but the screws/bolts do not lock making it very unsturdy. It was a waste! The company says on the front cover of directions to email for more parts and I can see why. The parts were breaking as we tried to put it together. This was by far the hardest to assemble because of the lack of quality. Would NOT recommend!!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
