I've had this product for about 3 months now. Haven't had to actually use it yet, but when I pulled it out to look at it today it had large air bubbles in between the two layers of plastic. I took a needle and popped it and now it just looks funny. Will probably still work just fine but it makes a crinkling noise now.
Anyone else have this problem??? I'm contacting the company.

Great for helping with boo boos, even if my daughter doesn't want to put it on the boo boo. Sometimes Cookie has just been a distraction that helps her calm down and can be applied to her head afterwards.

We bought this because it was cute. We use it because it works. I think it has been used by the adults way more than the kids! it stays ice cold and flexible about 20 minutes, just enough! The size is perfect, it takes up no room in the freezer. It even gets used in a lunch box from time to time! A great product!
