This product was such a waste of money. It does not stay together, roof falls off, icicles will not go where they should, etc. The snow is just horrible. It sticks to everything and is hard to get it cleaned up. It was a total waste of money. I only gave it a 1 star because zero star was not an option.

To say the snow feature on this product is messy is an understatement. It is inappropriate for the age recommended. The snow went everywhere and stuck to everything even when the youngest children were supervised by older siblings. Cleanup was a nightmare. Even though the product is a cute design and attractive merchanising for children, parents need to be warned! It is summer, but I will be cleaning up "snow" until Christmas.

We just got this toy 2 days ago. The roof falls off constantly as do the icicles. The "snow" feature is a complete mess. The instructions say that the snow will fall in one area to make for easy cleanup. WRONG!! It goes everywhere and sticks to everything.
